✿ General Terms ✿
✿ By commissioning me, you must read and agree to the terms of service.I have the right to decline any commission requests.You may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the artist’s written permission.The artist still owns the copyright to the piece commissioned by the client. You must give credit where credit is due if you post said commission on any social media.The artist has a right to keep the art to use for their own portfolio/advertisement. If the customer does not feel comfortable with this, they may ask not to have it shown.A rush fee will be charged for harsh deadlines. Customers that need their art piece rushed must say so in the commission request.✿ My art is for personal use only. NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE. The only exception is if you plan to stream with the art I made. The client must give credit as well as a $10 fee will be given (already included in the Live2D Model)
✿ Payment ✿
All payments will be in USD via Stripe or Kofi. I will send an invoice once accepted.Stripe takes 2.9% of the price so I will add 2.9% to the commission to get full price.The artist will start the commission once half of the cost is given to them through the invoice.Full payment is due once the client approves of the rough sketch.Once the customer sends the artist the full payment, the artist will send the completed, unwatermarked, art piece.The pricing on my commission sheet is a baseline. Prices may vary slightly depending on the complexity of design the character has (Assistive devices do not count as complex designs).✿ Invoice is unavailable for emotes. Emote commissions are available at Kofi. ✿
✿ Commission Process ✿
* Commissions can only be requested through the google form located in the commission page. (with an exception for emotes)
-WIPs (Work in Progress) will be given to the customer through every process (sketch -> lines -> etc.)* During the sketch phase of the art piece the customer will be able to ask for one (1) major adjustment and up to three (3) slight adjustments. If the customer wants adjustments outside of this period, a fee of $5-$15 will be given. If a color is off, that will not count as a slight adjustment but please let me know during the coloring stage.* The artist will always do their best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. The artist will notify the customer immediately of any issues to keep them informed.* You can see the queue of where your commission is using this link* Commissions may take up from 2 weeks to 3 months.
✿ Cancellation/Refunds ✿
* If I for any reason, cannot complete your commission you will receive a full refund via Stripe or Kofi.* I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, or if the commissioner conducts rude or inappropriate behavior. I also have the right to cancel a commission if there is poor communication.* If the customer asks for a refund, there will be a 10% non-refundable art cost once out of the sketch phase.
